What is Loop?+
Loop is a local-first micro habit tracker for iPhone. You choose the repeated actions that matter to you; Loop helps keep those actions visible with flexible reminders, progress and streak tracking.
Who is Loop for?+
Anyone who wants help repeating something they already care about. That could be drinking water, moving during a desk day, reading, studying, training, taking a screen break, or remembering to call someone you love.
Does Loop tell me what I should do?+
No. Loop includes optional presets when you want inspiration, but the product is built around your choices. You can create your own actions, schedule and targets.
Is Loop free?+
Yes. Loop is free to use with up to 3 active loops. An optional Loop Supporter upgrade for more active loops is available inside the app.
What is a micro habit?+
A micro habit is a small, concrete action that you can repeat in support of a bigger intention. Loop does not require every habit to be tiny; it simply makes small repeatable actions easy to organize and track.
What is a Mission in Loop?+
A Mission organizes several different loops around one higher-level goal. For example, a goal such as feeling more energized could include separate loops for hydration, movement and an evening wind-down.
What can I do when a reminder appears?+
Loop supports Done, Skip and Snooze actions so you can respond to a reminder in a way that fits the moment.
Does Loop require an account?+
No. Core Loop features do not require account creation or sign-in.
Where is my habit data stored?+
Loop is local-first: the habits and progress you create are stored on your device. Optional iCloud sync is available if you choose to use it.
Does Loop sell my personal data or track me for ads?+
No. Loop does not sell your personal data, does not use third-party advertising SDKs, and does not use your data to track you across apps or websites.
How are purchases handled?+
Optional Loop Supporter purchases and subscription status are handled through Apple and RevenueCat so supporter features can be unlocked. Loop does not collect your card number or banking information.

Loop is available through Apple’s App Store for supported Apple devices.
